""Dr U." (as her patients loving call her) is a double board certified physician who specializes in both adult and pediatric psychiatry. She is also mom to 3 children, including a set of twins. She found her passion for fitness after an unexpected brain condition resulted in emergency neurosrgery and several months worth of rehabilitation. Fitness provided an outlet to regain her strength and balance, while also serving as a way to preserve her own mental health. As a result, she was able to cultivate her goal body and now wants to help others do the same. She integrates a holistic approach to health that emphasizes the importance of mental health in physical fitness.
Dr. U utilizes an intrisic understanding of the three different body types to create nutrition and exercise plans that are tailored toward your specific fitness goals. Through one on one or group virtual coaching, goal specific exercise guides, and evidence based nutrition planning, Dr. U has options that are convenient, user friendly, and adaptable to your specific needs.
